1. Who We Are

Opervex ("we," "us," or "our") is an AI workflow automation company based in the United States. We build custom AI agents, automated workflow systems, and purpose-built SaaS products. Our contact email is opervex@gmail.com.

2. What We Collect

Information you provide directly:

  • Name, email address, and company name when you contact us or book a demo
  • Budget range and project description submitted through our contact form

Information we collect on your behalf (for clients):

  • Business contact information (name, email, phone, company) sourced from Google Maps, Apollo.io, and publicly available databases
  • Lead scoring data, outreach drafts, and campaign results generated through our platform
  • Email reply and engagement data when our platform monitors a Gmail inbox on your behalf

Usage data:

  • Pages visited, features used, and interaction logs to improve the platform

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To respond to inquiries and deliver the services you've contracted with us
  • To operate the lead discovery, enrichment, scoring, and outreach platform
  • To send automated emails on behalf of clients using Gmail credentials they provide
  • To generate AI-powered content using the Anthropic Claude API
  • To monitor platform health, diagnose errors, and improve our systems

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models.

4. Third-Party Services

We use third-party service providers to operate our platform. These fall into the following categories:

  • Cloud infrastructure and database — stores your data securely; handles authentication
  • AI processing services — generates content, scoring, and outreach copy on your behalf
  • Email delivery services — sends automated emails on behalf of clients
  • B2B data enrichment providers — supplements business contact information from publicly available sources
  • Hosting and deployment infrastructure — serves the platform globally

We do not disclose our specific technology vendors publicly. Data shared with any provider is limited to what is necessary to deliver the contracted service. We evaluate all providers for data security and compliance before use.

5. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored in Supabase databases hosted in the United States. We implement row-level security (RLS) so each client's data is isolated from other clients. We use HTTPS for all data transmission. Access to production systems is limited to Opervex team members.

No system is perfectly secure. We will notify affected clients promptly in the event of a data breach.

6. Data Retention

We retain client data for the duration of the active engagement plus 90 days. After that, data is deleted on request. Inquiry and contact form data is retained for up to 24 months unless you request deletion sooner.

7. Your Rights

You may contact us at any time to:

  • Request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent for data processing

8. Cold Outreach

Our platform sends automated emails to business contacts on behalf of clients. These emails are sent to publicly listed business contacts. Each email includes an opt-out mechanism. Recipients who opt out are added to a suppression list and will not be contacted again.

Clients are responsible for ensuring their use of Opervex complies with applicable laws including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR where relevant.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
